It’s generally a provided that any steakhouse in Beverly Hills is guaranteed to be divine, and Wolfgang’s Steakhouse was no exception. Though it was picked since it was one particular of the only locations out there on Open Table the day immediately after Valentine’s Day when my date and I made the decision that Santa Monica was as well far to drive to, I’m usually fired up to practical experience a new restaurant in LA. A couple of matters to note — 1st off, though it holds the esteemed identify, Wolfgang, it is not in fact a Wolfgang Puck restaurant but famed New York restaurant owner, Wolfgang Zweiner . Secondly, it’s a steakhouse, and I’m a vegetarian, and even I  thought the foods was remarkable!

Situated on Canon Drive, just South of Santa Monica Blvd., Wolfgang’s Steakhouse exudes the expected grandiose visual appeal of a Beverly Hills restaurant.  It’s interior showcases common steak-residence decor consisting of dark wood floors, a completely stocked bar, and a bustling dining area equipped with white-linen covered tables and warmly dim lighting. Immediately after owning a mixology cocktail at the bar made with Absolut Mandarin and jalapeños, we have been led to a table with a prime see of Canon Drive to our correct, the sceney dining area to our left, and the traditional sounds coming from the piano player in front.

After building our selections steamed little neck clams to commence, a Cesar salad to split, steamed Chilean Sea Bass for me, and the ibeye for my date (see the total menu right here), the naturally hugely experienced server very easily repeated our orders with no needing to compose them down. Despite the fact that I looked rather elegant in my backless black sequined dress and black strappy Christian Louboutin heels, there was no holding me back from demolishing the steamed clams. They have been that superior. Of course the server paired my selections with a delightful, crisp glass of Krug Chardonnay, which complimented the buttery flavors of the clams and fish.

My dish was a enormous piece of Chilean Sea Bass that flaked apart in buttery slices the second my fork touched it. It was simply just seasoned with lemon, salt, and pepper, leaving it’s normal flavors to take the lead on taste. You may have professional dining establishments that serve pricey dishes that are obscenely tiny, but this was an pricey dish that I couldn’t even finish half of!

While I didn’t actually consider it, I undoubtedly know that the ribeye was scrumptious as properly judging by the 10 minutes of silence from my date with only intermittent, “Oh my God, this is so good”‘s just about every now and then. There was nothing but a giant bone left on his plate by the end of dinner. Wolfgang’s Steakhouse absolutely gets an A for foods, support, and ambience!
